Chef Lou Smith founded Chef Lou’s Army after the pandemic hit to help provide free and nutritious meals to Monmouth and Ocean County families and seniors in need. With a $250,000 grant from the @NewJerseyEDA’s Sustain & Serve NJ Program, Chef Lou’s Army will keep going strong.
