If Chef Lou Smith is anything, he is a man of action. As it became clearer that the COVID-19 pandemic would have a huge impact on all facets of life in New Jersey, Smith saw that there would be a serious need to get food in the hands of those on the front lines fighting the virus, and those most at risk of illness.
